So let’s say you’ve got a tank of helium sitting around and you’re tired of making your voice sound funny, why not inflate a bunch of balloons and send a camera up with them! It’s a pretty simple idea covered here. But if you don’t speak Dutch, I would check it out here.

Idea: Instead of inflating a bunch of balloons, you could inflate a garbage bag with helium. I tried it a long time ago and it worked a little too well and almost went into the engine of an airplane on final approach near my house. So don’t forget to attach a string to it.
