Holy Awesome Papercraft Millennium Falcon
Submitted by sam on Mon, 12/22/2008 - 6:42pm.

She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, kid. No only can she make point five past lightspeed, but she can make the Kessel run in under 12 parsecs and outrun imperial starships.
I think this is about the coolest papercraft model to grace our pages. Simply print out the 6 or so pages of pieces and you're ready to go.

Don't miss out on the other awesome Science Fiction papercraft models from the same author (yes, they have the Enterprise).
CC Graphic Labels Exhibition
Submitted by sam on Wed, 12/17/2008 - 1:16pm.

Our friends over at worldlabel.com have released a large collection of label graphics under creative commons. You can use the labels for any of your projects or remix, reuse, and share them with others or on your website. The labels are in opendocument format so they work great with Open Office. You can also submit your own designs for display in their exhibition.

CD Labels and Address labels are available. Don't go with boring plain white labels anymore - get with the times and go check out the Label Graphics exhibition!
A Few Holiday Christmas Projects

In case you've been living under a rock for the last year, everyone is poor. For the most part, we all have the same jobs, make the same amount of money, and inflation hasn't increased the prices of goods too terribly - but somehow we're all still pinching pennies.
Here's a few Christmas related DIY projects to help ease the strain on that old wallet of yours. Wait - wouldn't strain on a wallet be a good thing?
