Sounds yucky, apparently tastes good, involves dry ice. Instructables like this are the stuff dreams are made of. Bubbly fruit can be added to most meals, and if you’re a raw foodist (read: freak) like my darling baby-daddy (read: life partner), you can make the texture of your food a little bit cooler.
