Customized Feather Fan

Okay, while this site may be a wee bit adolescent, the idea is timeless. Making a fan out of paper feathers rules no matter how old you are, or how grown up your kids are (even). Bust out the glitter glue, sparkles, felt and cardstock - and beat the heat!
