Frozen Pesto from the Chick in the Kitchen

We love getting tips from readers here at DIY:happy. But I must say that none of our tips showed me the light as much as this one, from a lovely reader apparently who reminded me that, as a woman, I should "get back in the kitchen and make some sammiches."

I do the same thing, but what I like to do is make some veggie faux-chicken soup cubes base - so I have soup base whenever I need it, but in small enough cube portions that I don’t have to completely thaw out the whole batch each time just to get what I want.
