Hard Drive Windchimes
Tell your whole neighborhood how big of a geek you really are with this hard drive platter wind chime. Of course, you will have to venture out into the sun for a minute or two to hang it up, but it’s a small price to pay. Plagues will actually pass by your house if you have one of these, leaving you untouched (mostly just STDs). Finally I have something to do with all those IBM Deskstar’s that went bad!

Made a set myself this week. Only thing I found is that they’re not as melodic as other windchimes I’ve heard. I suspect that using different sized platters may solve that. Thanks for the information/plans!
