Homemade Slide Projector

Here's a cool Flickr set showing how to build your own homemade slide projector. It is someone's bachelors project and uses two lenses and a bunch of wood and (our favorite) and LED light source. It doesn't go into detail about how he got the LEDs bright enough to work for a projector, but otherwise the project looks fairly simple.
