Induction Rocket Launcher

These rockets are launched entirely with the use of electricity. Using some really big capacitors and some electrical magic, you too can send objects into orbit without explosives (hey, even NASA hasn't done that!) Okay, maybe not all the way into orbit, but these things are pretty impressive - even with bodies made from cardboard paper rolls.

I wonder... if you were to
I wonder... if you were to have lets say an intra-continental payload... lets say from ny to California... 1. could you make the induction accelerator long enough to keep the acceleration under 3 g's and still get the vehicle above the atmosphere? 2 also, what if the vehicle had unfolding propellers that would act as energy absorbing brakes... building up a charge, and allowing the thing to slow down... maybe even enough to make a normal landing at a runway at the destination.. gliding in... that would be so cool. 3... would those high magnetic fields be deadly? dangerous? blockable for those inside?
