LED Throwies

Jake posted about doing light graffiti last week.  Here is another way to do a type of light graffiti by creating small LEDs that can be thrown onto metal objects just about anywhere.  These are less than 50 cents a piece to make, and it looks like fun to pepper them all over the side of a building.
