LED Throwies

ledthrowies.jpgJake posted about doing light graffiti last week.  Here is another way to do a type of light graffiti by creating small LEDs that can be thrown onto metal objects just about anywhere.  These are less than 50 cents a piece to make, and it looks like fun to pepper them all over the side of a building.     [...] Not that it’s super expensive to make LED Throwies as it is, but what if you could get batteries for, oh just under $.02 each. If 50 cent LED Throwies was cost prohibitive to you, now you have no excuses. I just spotted this deal on 1.5V alkaline button batteries - 100 pieces for $1.95.
