Make Some Music (or other odd sounds)

Here's a fun piece of software that will turn your keyboard into a musical instrument.  You can assign diffent sounds to each key on your keyboard and adjust their pitch, volume, and much more!  This software was actually developed for the rock/techno group Operation Reinformation for use in their live shows.
