Make someone’s day
A great (and cheap) way to acknowledge a birthday or other special holiday is to send e-cards or other virtual gifts through e-mail — like flowers, pictures, cartoons, or even vacations or pets. These virtual gifts can be personalized by adding unique messages to them. There are many sites that will send these gifts to an e-mail address that you supply for free. Some of my favorites include 123 greetings, iflowers, and virtual presents.
