Two toymaking classes at Parsons in NYC have a blog where they post their designs and inspirations. One of the projects is this little guy, whose head and stomach spin so he has different faces/outfits. You can download the .pdf and put him together yourself to ... um, spin. And play with.
Hell, it's just really funny-looking and seems like a good, silly time. And it also looks like the designer spent a ton of time coming up with it.
