Rock out Dutch Style with a Home-Made Cajon

A Cajon is a dutch percussion instrument (history) that you sit on and depending on where you hit it sounds like a bass or snare of sorts.  This is an easy project for music buffs to tackle in just one afternoon.  Here are a few links to get you started.  The first is a forum with some images of a Cajon being constructed and some questions and answers.  Another page shows us some plans for making a Cajon-like-instrument (he calls it a Conga).
